3-legged stool - December 2018

I made this three-legged stool using the seat from a drum stool and some wood I happened to have in the workshop.

The three-part mortise and tenon section at the bottom was challenging to make and involved setting the drill-stand table at an angle to drill out the mortises. They were then tidied with a chisel. The base is held to the legs with dowels and glue. The top under the seat is a square of old shelf with square holes cut where the legs need to go through.
